Car & Coach Parks:

Public car parking is free. Premier car park £5 (available on selected race days).

Aircraft Landing Facilities:

Rotary aircraft (helicopters) are permitted to land at the Rowley Mile with prior permission. Fixed wing aircraft are only permitted to land at The July Course with prior permission, on race days there will be a driver available to transport guests landing at the Adnams July Course to The Rowley Mile. Effect of Draw:

Rowley Mile - draw negligible. July Course - the cross sections are level throughout the full length of the straight. Electric timing is in operation on both courses.

Dress Requirements:

You are encouraged to dress smartly. Gents, that means smart trousers, a shirt and formal shoes. Ladies, we recommend occasion wear, similar to that of a smart, casual wedding – any excuse to dress up! Smart tailored shorts are acceptable in the warmer weather. Denim is rarely seen and not encouraged. NO trainers, ripped, torn or light denim jeans, cargo shorts, t-shirts, fancy dress, sportswear or swimwear and unduly casual attire. Please note the dress code also applies to children aged 16 and above.

Facilities & Badge Accommodation for Owners:

If your horse is declared to run, you will be able to collect your owners’ badges from the Owners and Trainers desk at the Premier Entrance building. Sole Owners (1 PASS card) If you are a sole owner of a horse declared to run, you are entitled to six complimentary admission badges and six complimentary meal vouchers. Up to a further 10 admission badges can be purchased at half the price of the standard charge. If you are leaving your tickets for guests please confirm the names with Sara Rose in advance of the raceday. Joint Owners (2 PASS cards) If you are a joint owner of a horse declared to run, you are entitled to eight complimentary admission badges and six complimentary meal vouchers. Up to a further 10 admission badges can be purchased at half the price of the standard charge. If you are leaving your tickets for guests please confirm the names with Sara Rose in advance of the raceday. Syndicate (3+ PASS cards) If you are the member of a syndicate, the group is entitled to 10 complimentary admission badges and six complimentary meal vouchers. Up to a further 10 admission badges can be purchased at half the price of the standard charge. Admission badges should be individually allocated to members by the Syndicate Manager and confirmed with the Sara Rose in advance of the raceday. Please note the ownership must have at least 3 nominated PASS card holders to be provided with 10 complimentary badges. The PASS system will be in operation every race day, a PASS card will be required as proof of identification. If you do not have access to the PASS concierge service please contact Sara Rose in advance to arrange admission badges for guests.
