The Japan Association for International Horse Racing was founded in 1993 and provides uniformity and consistency in global interaction and exchange of information reagrding all aspects of the horseracing industry. Other services include promotion and support for technical exchanges between horseracing-related personnel in Japan and overseas, participation and support for the convening of international conferences on horseracing.
